Node Works Ltd ("we", "us", or "our") uses the following third-party sub-processors to assist in providing the TailHQ platform (the "Service"). Each sub-processor has been assessed for adequate data protection measures and is contractually bound to protect your data.
This page is maintained as part of our commitment to transparency under our Data Processing Agreement and Privacy Policy. We will update this list before engaging any new sub-processor and will notify affected customers of changes.

We will update this page at least 30 days before engaging a new sub-processor or making material changes to existing sub-processor arrangements. If you have subscribed to notifications, you will receive an email alert when changes are made.
If you object to a new sub-processor, you may notify us in writing at hi@tailhq.com within 30 days of being notified. We will work with you in good faith to find a mutually acceptable resolution. If no resolution can be reached, you may terminate your Subscription in accordance with the Terms of Service.
